Our Founder

The founder of Hiring Workforce and Temp India is Mallika Srivastava, who is a self-made, self-driven and highly passionate individual. Despite coming from an Arts background, she took up this immense challenge upon herself to create a venture in 2016 related to developing a recruitment service that would connect prospective employees to their ideal jobs.

She started working with an NGO and also worked in numerous job positions in the fields of administration, front desk, public relations and coordinator thereby gaining an experience of 17 years. Her success mantra is being worked with the right set of people to counter the challenges and achieve the essential growth for her business.

She is an extremely grounded person and possesses far-sightedness skills so as to approach the problem and solutions with the right course of action. She also received the SKF award for her exemplary efforts in the payroll and recruitment system in the year 2021.
